We broke ground on this lot the first of this year (2006) and are doing finish work on the Home. The home we chose is a Palm Harbor “Bandera” package home from the Tempe Arizona plant. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 1547 sq. ft. with a beautiful open living/dining room. The home has tile floors in the utility, kitchen, and entry areas, with tile backsplash & edges through out. We included upgraded exterior, brushed nickel cabinet knobs, 200 amp service, and garden tub in master bath, upgraded carpet, and matching chandeliers. All the upgraded appliances are in.
